ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ နည္းနာ အပုိင္း (၁)

(၁)  Leadership is getting people to help you. When they are not obligated to do so.
     ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈ ပညာဆုိတာ လူေတြကို အလုပ္သေဘာအရ ၀တၳရားအရ မလုပ္လို႔ မျဖစ္ဆိုတဲ့
     သေဘာမ်ိဳးမထားပဲနဲ႔ သူတို႔မွာ တာ၀န္မရိွတာေတာင္္ သင့္ကိုကူူညီ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးတတ္ေအာင္
     သူတုိ႔ကို သင္စည္းရံုးႏုိင္စြမ္းရိွမႈကိုေခၚတာ။

(၅)  Few things are more powerful than apositive push.
      အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္တဲ့ တြန္းအားေပးမႈတစ္ခုထက္ ပုိျပီးအားေကာင္းလွတဲ့ အရာဆိုတာ ေလာကမွာ မဆုိစေလာက္ပဲရိွပါတယ္။

(၆)  Credibility is the most important possession of a Leader.
      'ယံုၾကည္စိတ္ခ်ရမႈ '  ဆုိတဲ့အရာဟာ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ တစ္ေယာက္အတြက္ ပုိမုိ အ  ေရးပါလွတဲ့ ပုိင္ဆုိင္မႈ တစ္ခုပဲ။
